Oran Brown, the founder of Diversity Solutions is a native of San Diego and alumni of the United States International University.

Oran Brown graduated from US International University in 1988 and from there pursued a professional golf career. After competing for 13 years in the San Diego County Junior Golf Association, Brown received a full scholarship to United States International University. There he competed on the Men's Varsity Golf Team and gain tremendous exposure traveling all over the country competing for cash prizes.

Today, Brown takes pride in working with inner city kids to provide them with free golf equipment and golf lessons. Many of the youth have graduated from the program and have gone on to live productive lives and are making significant contributions to society!
After competing on the professional golf tour for three years, he identifying a need in the community for minority businesses, Brown published several business and employment magazines designed to give businesses the exposure needed to promote growth. After a successful publication and developing a large network of business clientele, Brown discovered a need to bring the community and business together so he began to host diversity networking luncheons and business mixers.

As the luncheons began to grow so did the need for employment in the community. With a large clientele base of businesses and hiring organizations, Brown began hosting career fairs which presented hope and gainful employment to hundreds of jobseekers throughout the community. With the success of the career fairs, The Diversity Group was birthed which later evolved into Diversity Solutions.

Ten years later, Brown is still fulfilling his outreach campaign by hosting career and health fairs in the community in an effort to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers. Diversity Solutions, a membership driven website affords businesses an opportunity to post available positions online while obtaining qualified candidates through our database of resumes posted by motivated, diverse job seekers.

Diversity Solutions’ goal is to bring businesses from all sectors of society and introduce them to a large pool of candidates from various backgrounds and walks of life who are seeking gainful employment. Brown is dedicated to lowering the unemployment rate and to assist companies in their diversity outreach goals.

Today we have accomplished this goal by helping many people obtain successful employment and through ongoing relationships with corporate clients who consistently utilize our services today!
